General Contract Conditions (Informative Summary)
Booking and stays at our property are governed by an exclusive tourist rental contract. Below is a summary of the main clauses applied:
1. Intended Use and Prohibitions
The property is rented exclusively for tourist purposes and for the number of persons agreed upon at the time of booking. Subletting or granting the property to third parties is strictly prohibited under any title, under penalty of immediate contract termination. The presence of a number of guests exceeding the agreed number entails contract termination and the application of a penalty.
2. Cancellation Policy and Deposit
- Booking confirmation: The blocking of dates is considered finalized exclusively upon receipt of a confirmatory deposit equal to 20% of the total amount, to be paid by bank transfer.
- Cancellation: In case of withdrawal or cancellation by the tenant (guest), the amount paid as a confirmatory deposit will be retained as compensation.
- Early departure: In the event that the guest decides to return the keys in advance compared to the booked check-out date, the rent already paid will not be refunded in any way.
3. Security Deposit and Property Care
At check-in, a cash security deposit of €100.00 is required. This amount will be fully returned at check-out, following an inspection of the property's condition. The guest is required to take care of the property with due diligence and to report any defects found within 1 day of receiving the keys.
4. Pets
Small pets are allowed exclusively upon prior request and on condition that they are managed with full respect for the property and furnishings.
Privacy Information and Video Surveillance
In accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal data (GDPR):
- Presence of cameras: The property is equipped with a video surveillance system directed exclusively towards outdoor areas (access points, perimeter, and garden) for security and property protection purposes during periods when the house is not in use.
- Privacy guarantee: For the absolute protection of guests' privacy, all video surveillance devices are completely deactivated (turned off) at the time of check-in and remain off for the entire duration of the stay. The system will be reactivated only and exclusively after check-out and the departure of guests.
